Mr Bregman has practiced law in Scottsdale since 1979 and
is an active member of the Scottsdale Bar Association.
In conjunction with the State Bar of Arizona, he recently
chaired a seminar to lawyers on current issues in estate
litigation, and selected topics on probate and mental health
care powers of attorney.
Mr Bregman is a member of the National Network
of Estate Planning Attorneys, an organization dedicated to
sound estate and retirement plans through trust
based planning and ongoing educational programs.
Mr Bregman features Estate Planning Workshops
for the general public. His next workshop, is
scheduled for Tuesday, October 19, 1999 at
the Embassy Suites in Scottsdale. Reservations are

Topics covered at the workshop include why most
estate plans don't work, questions no one asks
their attorneys about fees, and an introduction
to the estate tax system.
According to the Scottsdale Tribune, Arizona
residents paid the State of Arizona over 85
million dollars in estate taxes last year. Many of
these taxes could have been avoided or redirected
to heirs or charities.

of Phoenix's top lawyers and is looking forward to
