Elaida is originally from Panama City but has been in the
United States for many years spending most of those years
in Seattle. Joining together with her partner Doug Anderson
they formed Invest in Gold. It is their intent to educate
and
advise people as to the merits of investing in uncirculated
gold and silver coins. The Internet generates the majority
of their sales, making it possible to offer the best prices in
the industry. Two grading companies professionally grade
all coins sold by Invest In Gold. After these experts have
graded a coin, they are sonically encased in plastic holders,
where they will remain for the rest of their life.
Numismatic coins are graded from MS-60 to MS-70.
MS-60 to MS-62 are low investment coins, which feature
a low risk factor. MS-63 to MS-64 offer a slight risk and
move up in value more rapidly in the market. MS-65 and
above are more rare, and command higher risks and higher
rewards.
The population of the coin also establishes value. Even
though a million coins could have been minted in a certain
year only a small amount remained uncirculated. Of the
uncirculated, they were graded in different grades. Maybe
only 1 existed in an MS-67 grade. This coin would be
considered very valuable.
