Brad Singer founded Zia Records in 1980. He opened
the first Zia in Central Phoenix with his own
record
collection. In "82 Zia opened its second
location
near the ASU campus. Due to the success
of both
locations Zia expanded into North Phoenix, Paradise
Valley, and Tucson. In 1987, Singer opened
Arizona's
first wholesale distribution center, Impact Music,
which
today services over 150 independent record stores
nationally. To promote the business, Singer
launched
an in-house art department, Chud Graphics.
After a long bout with illness, Brad Singer passed
on in
May of 1998. Zia Enterprises, is very solid
in its current
markets, serving the public at six retail outlets.
Impact
is a wholesale music distribution center supplying
independent music to retailers nationwide.
Chud Graphics,
an award winning art/promotions department is
available
to service outside accounts.
Zia is aggressively expanding in our home state
of Arizona.
More locations and the use of the internet will
be key to
the growth and success of Zia Enterprises in
the millennium.
It is with great pleasure that Mr. Jim Kelly,
COO; Sandra
Singer, President; and Barry Barton, CFO of Zia
Enterprises will be our Special Guests this week.
Please plan on joining us to socialize and meet
new friends.
