Manager of Coronado Golf Course, a public golf

With the golf season upon us and the Phoenix
Open around the corner, we decided to feature
Coronado Golf Course, a convenient nine-hole
golf course located near downtown Scottsdale
on Miller just south of Thomas Road.
Connie Adams has been the Manager at
Coronado
for the past three years and says that Coronado
is the perfect course to practice
on. It is an
executive length golf course that plays to
a par
of 31, with 5 par threes and 4 par
fours. The
driving range is open after dark for
practice under
the lights until 9pm.
Beginning on January 8, Coronado will offer a
variety
of clinics covering everything
from Beginner's Basics
to Intermediate and Advanced techniques. All clinics
last 1 hour and range in price
from $25 to $50.
Ladies don't feel left out most Clinics are coed.
Coronado also offers individual and group
instruction
by PGA and LPGA professionals along with a
comprehensive Junior program.
Green fees are $14 per person. To schedule a Tee
