As President of Southwest Financial Services,Mr. Kelly provides accounting services to a selectclient base. He is also managing partner of MidContinent Oil & Gas Co. This company is responsiblefor locating, developing, and managing oil and gasproperties in the Southwestern United States. Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountingand Economics from St. John's University, Collegeville,Minnesota and received his CPA designation in 1975.He also holds a Doctor of Juris Prudence fromWilliam Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.
