This Wednesday marks the FIFTH ANNIVERSARY of
the Soiree, the THIRD ANNIVERSARY of Baron Capital
Management, and Baron Benham's annual 39th BIRTHDAY!
Baron is also celebrating the
17th birthday of his cat, "Mr. Bear",
and his dog, "Muffy", both of whom Baron owes what's left of
his sanity.

This week marks the Fifth Anniversary of the Soiree and will
be the 243rd Soiree! As my own Special Guest it also gives
me the opportunity to say a few things about myself and
my business.
I have been meeting and greeting people in the Phoenix
Metropolitan area since 1970. That's 33 years! I attended
Camelback High School and followed that up with a degree
in Economics from ASU. I became a stockbroker with Dean
Witter in the fall of 1987, the same week of the October 19,
1987 stock market crash!
I served with Dean Witter until March of 1994 when, seeking
more independence, I joined Fox & Company Investments.
Seven years later on October 1, 2001 I started my own
investment company, Baron Capital Management. I
am celebrating Baron Capital Management's THIRD
ANNIVERSARY at this week's Soiree!
