It's summer and time to shape up! Lose those clinging pounds,

This ladies self esteem is very high!
Christi was born and raised in Belgium. Belgium is known for
having the best chocolate and beer in the world. Not exactly
health food! So how does one escape from such a RICH
environment to become a lean mean training machine?
Christi began her transformation from chocolate and beer to
Personal Fitness Trainer in 1985 while still living in Belgium.
At first an instructor working for others she soon purchased her
own studio she called "BodyPlan". BodyPlan was a women's
only gym which gained a reputation for excellence and became
a highly popular elite fitness studio in Brussels.
Taking her "holiday time" (we call it a vacation) Christi regularly
visited the United States, especially Scottsdale, Arizona. In
doing so Christi met many remarkable people and made many
new friends. In 1999 seeking a change of life style she sold
her Brussels studio and moved to Scottsdale.
Today Christi lives in north Scottsdale where she meets many
of her students at a private gym near her home (Christi's students
do not have to pay for membership to her gym). Christi also
has a few students who prefer to have Christi come to their home.
In addition to her European Fitness Certifications, Christi has
received her certification from the American Council on Exercise.
Christi designs individualized, safe and effective exercise programs
tailored to her students fitness status, health habits, medical
background and body type. With patience, care and focus, she
devotes herself to training and coaching people, supporting them
to reach their personal health, fitness and lifestyle goals.
Christi is also the author of the journal "Ageless Body by Christi"
changing your lifestyle without suffering. This is a powerful tool
that has helped many people make the necessary changes towards
becoming healthier, fitter and slimmer.
