Baron needs his friends around him at a stressful time like this. Every year for years Baron's been forced to repeat being 39. "It's as if father time has forgotten me!", says a somber Baron. As Baron's friend I'm sure you understand how he must feel.

Even the Fire Marshall is not cooperating having denied Baron's permit to load up his cake with as many candles as his real age would indicate. So there will only be 39 candles to commemorate what would have been a spectacular incendiary.
