Dr.
Malcolm D. Bale, PhD.
Dr. Malcolm Bale, PhD. is the former
World Bank Manager of Strategy and Policy for the East Asia and Pacific
Region. During his twenty four year term, Dr. Malcolm Bale served in
positions of ever-increasing responsibility
pertaining to
agricultural economic
policy, policy analysis and strategy for its implementation with the
World Bank in East Asia, Latin America, Caribbean, North Africa, and
the Pacific Islands.
Currently Dr. Bale serves as Director,
Economic Policy Alternatives, LLC, in Washington DC and is President
of AgriSonix, Inc. a company that features the latest in agricultural
technology, (a speaker that transmits sonic-waves to make plants
grow larger faster).
Prior to his position at the World Bank,
Dr. Bale was the Adjunct Professor - Johns Hopkins University,
at the School of Advanced International Studies. He is the
author of more than 50 publications including journal articles,

Dr. Judith R. Bale, Phd
Dr. Judith R. Bale, PhD., is a consultant
on Global Health Strategies and Projects, and advisor on public health
and development issues to such organizations as the World Health Organization,
Pan American Health Organization, National Institutes of Health, Education
Development Corporation in Boston, and to several foreign governments.
Dr. Judith Bale is also an outstanding
writer and editor with more than 27 publications including 6 books
and 3 journal proceedings. Several of her works are available online at
Amazon. Many of these studies are a result of her work as Director on the
Board on Global Health with the National Academy of Sciences - Institute
of Medicine, in Washington, DC. She also served as a Program Director
for the National Academy of Sciences - Office of International
Affairs, where she developed and directed studies
on international nutrition with the Division of Life Sciences while working
