As
President of The Creative Management of Wealth, Inc. (CMOW), Larry
works with people of high net worth and business owners in evaluating
their current financial status, establishing financial goals for the
future, and realizing financial success through implementing proven tax
strategies. Larry both educates and works with his clients to form
stable foundations, and to create plans which maximize tax advantage.
Financial
and advanced estate planning and protection strategies are much like
working with a “jigsaw puzzle”, according to Larry, and all of the
pieces must fit together perfectly to provide complete and legal asset
protection, and to take advantage of all tax savings options.
Larry
is a knowledgeable expert in complex areas of corporate structures, tax
law and advanced tax strategy; financial and investment strategic
planning; charitable tax techniques, business mergers and acquisitions;
real estate ownership and development; and asset protection planning.
Since 1950, Larry has worked directly in these areas to provide clients
with a historical perspective of the law and our changing times, as
well as a concern for the future and the complexity of our government
regulations.
His
company operations included the development and management of 13
five-star mobile home parks, the acquisition and development of
freeway-off ramps across the country, for the combined use of
restaurants, hotels, and gasoline service stations, and the acquisition
and operation of citrus ranches and commercial office buildings.
Larry
is a licensed real estate broker and a Chartered Life Underwriter
(CLU), as well as a licensed insurance agent in five states. He has
been registered as an Investment Advisor and a licensed National
Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) registered representative. A
graduate of Stanford University in mathematics and physics, and of The
Peter Drucker Institute, Claremont College Advanced Management School;
Larry understands practical theory and business management. He is an
educator, speaking before chapters of the American Bar Association on
strategies in charitable techniques and their use in selling a
business. He provides educational seminars to CPA chapters, and is
active in instructing life insurance agents on the advanced planning
area.
Mr.
Whitesides resides in Anaheim Hills, California, with his wife Linda.
