As
Chief Technology Officer, Trey Haltom is responsible
for the graphic design and maintenance of this web site.
Mr. Haltom is invaluable for his knowledge of current technologies
including information technology (IT) and communications
systems. Mr. Haltom has been active in the communications
and electronics field since the early 60's. He has witnessed
first hand the gradual changes from cathode ray tubes,
to transistors, to printed circuit boards, to today's silicon
chips that made possible today's digital data driven
computers.

1965:
Inspector Ground Support Electronics at North American
Aviation Rocketdyne for the Apollo, Gemini, and other
NASA programs.
1966:
Production Control Litton Guidance Control Systems.
Delivered, on time, the first LN16, Silicon Chip driven,
Guidance Control Platform. The new system changed
industry standards.
1967
Ordained Nov 5, 1967 First Church of God the Father,
High Priest, Fountain of the World Box Canyon California.
Began 40 year journey to solve some of the mysteries
of God.
1976
given the title, Honorary Colonel in the State of Mississippi
by the late Governor Cliff Finch. From then on the
pseudonym Colonel Pepper became his registered pen
name at Broadcast Music International BMI
